  • Comment :I get this for my mom since she is extremely allergic to artificial additives. She was told about this product and has been a loyal customer for over a decade.
    
    Although now (maybe the formula has changed a bit), she finds that instead of getting dark hair after use, her hair is getting red streaks which is not what she wants when she uses the soft black colour.
    
    Overall though, this product is great.

    Pros :
    It is lite after use
    Does not hurt hair
    It does not require special care after application
    it really gave my hair all that smoothness which I was missing
    does not contain any chemicals like ammonia & ppd
    It didnt hurt my skin , no irritations , no itching
    
    Cons:
    Application process is not that quick
    Need to repeat it more then chemical based colours
    have to use specific quantity to get colour
    costlier then chemical colours
    
    Conclusion: If I compare it with Chemical colour , this does not stand , but since I want to stay away from chemicals , this is the best Natural Colour I found , specially Soft Black.

  • Comment :my Friend told me about this colour .. she is allergic to PPD , so her doctor told her to use this .. though I am not allergic to ppd or ammonia , but after using it I can say , chemicals does wrong to hair apart from allergy also .. I am happy that I used this color , my hair looks better now ..
    
    I think manufacturer should think about speeding up its application process... but thats not show stopper for me , even it takes more time to apply , I will use it again looking its results and benefits..
