How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email from WeBuyNatural.com to confirm that we have received your order. If you didn’t receive the confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please feel free to contact the Customer Support at wecare@WeBuyNatural.com.
What happens if WeBuyNatural.com cannot deliver with the product I have ordered?
If we are unable to deliver with the product or service that you have ordered due to any unforeseen reasons, we will not process ahead with your order. We will inform you of this via email and, if you have already paid for the product, we will offer you an instant refund in full as soon as possible or within 10 business days.
What is the delivery time and charges ?
Delivery charges and delivery time vary depending on the type of products ordered, order value and the shipping address. Delivery time mentioned on the website against each item is given as accurately as possible on the basis of carrier service provider’s assurance but cannot be guaranteed to be exact in nature due to circumstances beyond our control.
WeBuyNatural.com does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
There are instances when we cannot ship to some locations because of general regulations or serviceability issues. Please check for the availability of delivery service for your shipping destination at the time of order completion on the website.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All items sold by us are delivered through our reputed courier partners. You will be provided a Tracking ID for your order by the respective courier service provider. You can logon to Webuynatural.com and in My Account section you can check the current status or also logon to respective courier partners and check the movement of your goods by putting in your tracking id.
